We just wanted to share something great with you: our recent customer satisfaction survey (KTO) yielded an amazing average rating of a whopping 8.8! We are really enormously proud of this result and it gives us huge motivation to keep going in this way. This figure is not just a number for us, but it is a testament to the fantastic relationship we have built with our customers and the efforts we make day in and day out to make sure they are satisfied. Our customers’ opinions and satisfaction are of paramount importance to us.
